As I feel the reality of the ESG ecosystem, there are times when the hardest part is not the work itself, but holding myself together. When the conditions of the times, and the series of events they bring, touch me with greater sadness and pain than personal trials do, and when I judge that individual effort has limits, sadness and helplessness arrive together.
