Ta-da~ After the November one-on-one meetings, a new organisational plan emerged, and homework came with it. I also attended several external year-end conferences. It was a time of listening, widely and at length, to what stakeholders had to say. Thank you for the valuable opinions and wise counsel. From now on, I will use what I heard and sensed to sharpen the strategy. Tomorrow, I will join a 2025 strategy planning workshop with two ECONIANs, and on the 20th we will hold a company-wide workshop. In between, a partnership trip is being arranged. The ECONIANs are pulling together to build the strategy.
